JADA Solutions (HSE) Inc. is looking for a Safety Professional to work in the Indoor Environment Division. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Health, Safety, and Auditing. Willingness to learn Industrial Hygiene and Hazardous Materials is also important to the role. This position will require a strong business development background, and the ability to help maintain existing clients and acquire new clients.

Candidates can look forward to regular client contact, a role in business development and proposal writing/methodology creation.


  • Work with a multi-discipline team of technicians in hazardous materials, industrial hygiene, laboratory and safety. 
  • Provide day-to-day technical advice, expertise and direction to clients and staff in order to ensure compliance with legislative requirements and to industry and company standards;
  • Design and implement safety programs for various clients
  • Manage projects from start to finish (meet with the client, complete the proposal, coordinate the fieldwork, write the report and close out the project).
  • Perform as an integral team member at JADA Solutions and provide training and mentoring as required;

Education: Diploma or greater
Compensation: TBD based on Experience and Education

Education and Experience

  • Certified as an auditor with the MHSA, ACSA, and/or ENFORM
  • Certified as an Instructor for various OHS courses (i.e., WHMIS 2015, TDG, Fall Protection)
  • General understanding of hygiene and workplace exposure principles
  • Graduate with certificate, diploma or degree in OHS/Hygiene/Environmental or related fields
  • Either have or are working towards a CRSP or CSP designation
  • The ability to work weekends and evenings as required to meet project commitments 
  • The ability to travel within and out of the province, occasionally, as required by our clients
  • Possession of a reliable vehicle, with appropriate registration and insurance in the Province of Alberta


  • Proven team player with excellent interpersonal, analytical and communication skills;
  • Strong knowledge of the Alberta Occupational Health and Safety regulations and code as well as other legislation pertaining to health in an industrial setting;
  • Experience managing projects of varying size and scope;
  • Experience working with a multi-disciplined team;
  • Strong technical writing and presentation skills;
  • Willing and able to travel as required by clients;
  • Ability to work weekends and evenings when required; and,
  • Valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle.
